Thank you.

Recently I gather with fellow Christian in our

fellowship in showing appreciation to one of

our elder. As a matter of fact, we will do this

for all of the elder in our church over a period

of time.

They serve us well, and for their " Labor of love".

Why not say thank you in some meaningful, and

tenable manner while they are with us now, and

can share in this expression of our love.

This is one of those moments in church live that

encourage one spirit. Strengthen, and bring the
 community of believer, family, friends, and well

 wisher to say we care. It was truly a remarkable

 time of laughter, fun and graceful explosion of joy.

Forget about special holidays with trimmings, or should

I say, wait till the funeral, and then bring my tries with

flower in hand? Great! but, but what? This is it, let us

please spread the flower now, and add some hot spice

while the evenings is still young.

We  need to do this for the elderly amongst us.Certainly
as partner and friends they will not be so fearful to live in
this world after all.

That is my take today on "THANKS", on certainly there is hope to live by.

The beloved country ( from after independance ).

Beloved, and so am I
of noble race, of noble
birth resounding though
the years. Will not abetted
by treacherous bands with
devil's mind.

Am your woes, pain, joy,
catalyse of hopes and dreams
where I go, you go, you

in bady, spirit and soul.The
candle light is in my hand
making the journey glove
along the dark path of live.My
beloved, country beloved, Jamaica.

That is my take today on " The Beloved Country", and certainly there is hope to live by.

To win ( pt 1 of 7 ).

Winning is one our enduring passions.

This inhale, and exhaling is  toxic to all

things human. Wining is a drive that even

in our sleeping we are at it,it is part of who we are.

We are wire, the current is flowing, it's fast and

furious. So mush so that this multi- tasting is
another dimension of us that will always be, even
at the point of exhaustion to death, there is no
slowing down.

We must not, and cannot miss the moments. As
a very competitive bring, and the time zone we

live in is set in ways that is telling us,  we are

running out of time.

In this competitiveness, greed, selfishness as its

own ethical dilemma, hence the collapses we

witness all around in the corporate world,

government at it, the private, and religious

sector carrying its own branding.

In all of this, unknown to many, is that among

our competitor is the law of thermodynamics.

One of the law is that the universe is slowly

running down, and ultimately will some day

suffer a" heat death", no wander this

fascination to win. Make no mistake, we must

win at the game we play, for the good of self

and other. You know that is one of the joy of

live. Thane Tost said this, "The will to win is

worthless if you do not have the will to prepare".

James Russell Lowell, put it this way," life is a

leaf of paper where on each one of us may

write his word or two, and then comes night.

Greatly begin! though thou have time but for

a line, be that sublime-not failure, but low aim,

is crime" Yes indeed, on " Let the sky and God

be our limit, and eternity our measurement"
